Ulster proved to be too strong for Bath in their opening Heineken Cup clash at Ravenhill in Belfast on Friday night as the home side won comfortably at 26-12.
Ulster put together an impressive performance against Bath at Ravenhill in the rain against a disappointing Bath team that failed to fire.
Ulster's flyhalf Humphreys controlled the game well as the Irish team is enjoying some improved recent form.
Timoci Nagusa scored the first try of the macth which gave Ulster a 10-6 lead after Ryan Davis had slotted two penalties.
Willie Faloon scored a try in the second half which extended Ulster's lead.
